Summary: Samsung 46" LCD HDTV Model LN46A650
Comment: I have this set a month now and find it to be excellent. Great picture quality. The only negative I find is that the imprinting for the manual controls, located on the front lower right of the frame of the set, are virually impossible to see....making them practically useless. Since I use the remote just about all the time, this is not a mojor problem.

Comment: Had the product for 1 month, when it works it looks great, however the sound drops out for a few seconds every other day or so, the picture has locked up 3 times already, and at times when you change stations there is a static sound. Presently I have a call in for repair of the above things, but was told since it is intermittent if they dont find anything I will be charged for a visit.

Summary: Samsung LCD TV
Comment: Consumer Reports recently rated the Samsung 46 inch LCD number 1 out of 9 tested. It was far better than the lowest rated TV which I had purchased and returned. The Samsung had a sound disruption problem when a Motorola cable box is connected to the TV with an HDMI cable. I called Samsung customer service. They quickly sent a flash drive to install a software update which solved the problem. It is an awesome TV.

Summary: I love this TV
Comment: This product page has all the technical specs in gruesome detail, so I'll stick to my personal feelings. I love this TV. Hi def shows look fantastic, as do my XBox 360 games. Just the other day, I was watching Iron Man with my wife and had to pause the movie just to comment aloud how great the picture looked...
Where this TV particularly shines, though, is sports or other high-speed images, I suspect because of the 120Hz refresh rate. I love watching football on this TV.
Because I bought it fairly early on (from Amazon, which has a great delivery service, by the way), mine had the "bug" where it would occasionally shut itself off and back on. It happened rarely, but just the other day I decided to upgrade the firmware myself. With the USB port on the TV, it really could not have been easier. I copied file off the Internet onto a USB key drive, followed a few instructions, and it was done.
Anyway, great TV. You won't be sorry.

Summary: Just about Perfect
Comment: I have just recently purchased this TV after much research. There is nothing that I can complain about this TV. The TOC I barely notice unless I turn on all the lights in the room. I haven't gotten use to the 120Hz as of yet but even the picture with it off is perfect. The remote is the only problem I have with this TV but I just use my receiver's remote to get rid of the issues. Also, Amazon's service and price were excellent with the TV delivered right on time. Thanks Amazon.
