Summary: Amazing Picture Quality
Comment: My last television was a huge monstrosity that weighed so much that I'd have to find a muscle man to move it around. When it finally died on me, I was a little excited. The thought of a new television is quite thrilling! After doing a bunch of internet research and going to the local retailers to check out the new world of televisions, I decided that in my price range, this AQUOS 15" was the best quality I could find. When the set arrived at my house, I was surprised that I could lift the box. Once it was out of the box, the sight of how sleek and slim it is nearly left me breathless. But what is most exciting about my new AQUOS is the amazing picture quality. The colors are so vivid and vibrant. It's unlike anything I've seen before. Such crisp lines, such bright colors - has television always been this amazing and I've missed it? With a television this fantastic, I may not leave the house for a few weeks

Summary: Unbelievable Picture and Quality
Comment: This is the best small unit TV ever owned. Sharp's quality in remarkable. Has many neat features, too many to list. Sound is great and the picture is even better. Auto contrast feature is nice, but the slimness and weight are remarkable. Compared all LCD Flat panel's, read all the reviews and decided to jump into the Sharp. Amazon had the best deal going. Great price and a quality unit.

Summary: 15" Aquos
Comment: Looks absolutely great, takes up almost no space for the size of the screen, fantastic image. LCD screens still don't match the quality of a regular CRT television when displaying images of fast moving objects. This is a small drawback considering all the advantages (and it just looks cooler). The auto setup worked great, and there are many easy to use options to fine-tune your preferences. Removeable covers for recessed input jacks are a nice touch to keep all the wires and cable out of sight and neater.

Summary: disappointed
Comment: our family is very disappointed with this LCD tv. the contrast on all of our other sets is clearly better. this Sharp LCD's picture is very washed-out. terrible.

Editorial Reviews:

The AQUOS LC-15B6U-S with built-in cable TV tuner is less than 3" deep with an elegant design and features 480p (EDTV) compatibility for progressive DVD players. Additionally the inputs are compatible with HDTV signals, and the TV includes several video processing enhancements such as 3: 2 pulldown, I/P conversion and a 3DY/C comb filter. And with Sharp's proprietary Advanced Super View LCD panel, a 500: 1 contrast ratio and 170?/170? viewing angles, it is truly "TV where you want it", for any room in the house!
