Summary: Great for the bathroom! Comment: We bought this for our bathroom--because we're viewing it in the mirror, the "flip screen" feature was a must (otherwise all the text is backwards). This is great.

Summary: mistake? Comment: I purchased this set and yet I recieved the LC-15S1U but I thought I purchased the Sharp LC-15E1U (as advertised and sold). What is the difference between these 2 models. Also, enclosed is the packaging I was sent the wrong coaxial cable--this had 2 female ends and I had to buy an adapter. And this is just the first day.

Summary: Don't buy for analog cable or from refurbish retailers Comment: I purchased the unit as a kitchen TV, which most people would use with basic analog cable (in my area HD or basic digital requires a cable box). Picture is good on high def and DVD signals, but poor on basic analog and digital cable with a quality signal. Fast images such as sports create a lot of artifacts and ghosting/smearing. Panasonic 15" units have the same tendencies. Surprisingly, the Sylvania 15" 6615LE has a far superior picture in this basic application at a lower price. To its credit, the Sharp is best-in-class with high viewing angles, but the two units are about equal from side viewing angles. Further, do not use Amazon refurbish retail partners if there's any chance you would need to return, unless you're ok with paying a ridiculaous 15% "restocking fee".

Summary: Excellent TV- Great Space Saver-Awesome Picture Comment: This was my first LCD TV purchase and I'm extremely impressed with the sharp and crisp picture quality. The size is perfect for a bedroom or kitchen tv. Setup is a breeze. It accommodates component, composite and s-video. It's great for hooking-up a DVD player, VCR, Game Console, etc... I have it hooked up to my Tivo and it works awesome. I'm truly happy with my Sharp TV. Highly recommend buying one !!!

Sharp AQUOS Liquid Crystal (LC) Televisions are the brightest available, so you can put them anywhere - even near windows, doors or other light sources - and their picture will still be vivid. The Sharp AQUOS LC Television with built-in cable TV tuner is less than 3" deep with an elegant design and screen. And with Sharp's proprietary Advanced Super View LCD panel, it has a higher contrast ratio and wider viewing angles than conventional LCD TVs, making it truly "TV where you want it", for any room in the house!
