Comment: this TV has a good picture,its easy to set-up and the price is not bad.But i also bought a sony at the same time for apx the same price. If i was to shop again i would buy 2 sonys next time.

Comment: People who write that their VCR-through-old-analog-TV picture is better than progressive scan DVD though this gem of a HDTV are really only telling you that they don't know how to set up their new TV!!
This TV has good sound and a great DVD picture through the component jacks. Also, according to Consumer Reports, Toshiba has superior HD picture and excellent reliability, usually for significantly less than the other all-around high quality brand-Sony.

Comment: had this tv for a week but ultimately decided to return because color wasnt what it should be. manual adjustments couldn't even fix the problem. going to try a sony. impressed with toshibas pricing but product was less impressive.

Comment: The picture quality of this TV was horrible. It has all the great feature but 20 day's later the newer model the 32HFX72 came out and is better & also cheaper!!! What a crock! I'm not pleased w/ this TV. The Progressive Scan from my DVD player to this TV looks worse than my RCA hook up to my 5yr old TV!!
